§1 Operator

DeckVault is operated by Fundacja "Konstelacja.org", ul. Morska 30B/5, 84-240 Reda, Polska, KRS 0000974966, NIP 5882481701, REGON 522216641, e-mail: ada@ada-margo.com, entered in the National Court Register kept by Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS. These Terms are provided free of charge before any agreement is concluded (Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services).

§2 Definitions

Service — the DeckVault platform. User — any person using the Service. Founder — a user presenting a project. Investor — a user verified by the Operator. Deck — confidential project materials. NDA — the non-disclosure and non-compete agreement in force at signing. Stealth project — a project shown only under a codename.

§3 Services and technical requirements

Electronic services: account, catalog, NDA signing, paid deck access, secure viewer, AI matching, notifications. Requirements: an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an internet connection and an email address. Users must not supply unlawful content.

§4 Accounts

Registration requires true data and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Investor accounts must be approved by the Operator before any deck can be accessed. The account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period; the User may delete the account at any time, the Operator may terminate it with 14 days' notice or immediately for a material breach.

§5 Confidentiality

Access to each full deck requires signing the current NDA. Screenshots, recording, copying, sharing credentials and redistribution are prohibited. Every view is watermarked with the investor's identity and logged (page, time).

§6 Payments

Prices are shown in EUR before payment and include applicable taxes: per-deck access, Stealth access, monthly subscription. Payment is possible only after signing the NDA. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access starts immediately after payment confirmation. A subscription renews monthly and may be cancelled at any time; access ends on cancellation.

§7 Right of withdrawal

The Service is directed at professional investors and founders. A consumer or a sole trader acting on consumer terms may withdraw within 14 days, but loses this right for digital content when performance begins with their express consent and acknowledgement before the end of that period (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act).

§8 Founders

Founders warrant they hold the rights to uploaded materials and that the data are true. The Operator may approve, reject, suspend or remove projects; scoring follows the published Methodology.

§9 Complaints

Complaints can be sent to ada@ada-margo.com or to the registered address. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court resolution, including the municipal consumer ombudsman and the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.

§10 Liability

Decks are for information only and do not constitute an offer of securities or investment advice. Investment decisions are the investor's own responsibility. The Operator is not liable for the content supplied by founders, subject to mandatory law.

§11 Personal data

Rules are set out in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

§12 Final provisions

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of their country. Disputes with non-consumers are settled by the court competent for the Operator's seat. The Operator may amend the Terms for important reasons with 14 days' notice. Version 2.0, effective 4 October 2026.
