Summary (Art. 13 GDPR)
We process your data to run your account, conclude NDAs, provide paid access, protect confidential information and meet legal obligations. Full details — purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers and retention — are in the Privacy Policy.
Consents
At signup you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy; the timestamp is stored with your profile. When signing an NDA, consents, IP address and timestamp are recorded as evidence. Optional cookies require separate consent.
How to exercise your rights
Write to ada@ada-margo.com with the subject “GDPR”. We respond within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests). We may ask you to confirm your identity. Signed NDAs and access logs may be retained when needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Data breaches
We notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected persons without undue delay where required by Art. 33–34 GDPR.
